Privacy Policy

Effective July 12, 2026

This policy describes what information the See You There app collects, how it's used, and your choices. The app is operated by Integrity Applications LLC, which is responsible for the data described below. The short version: we collect only what the app needs to work, we never sell your data, and we show no ads.

Information we collect

Phone number. You sign in with your phone number, verified by a text message code. It identifies your account and lets friends invite you.
Precise location and ETA. While you are in an active meetup and have chosen to share, your live location and estimated arrival time are sent to the other people in that meetup. Sharing stops automatically when you arrive, when the meetup ends, or when you leave it. You can decline to share your location or your ETA when accepting any invitation.
Contacts. The app reads your contacts on your device so you can pick people to invite and see friends' real names instead of phone numbers. Your contact list itself is never uploaded; only the name and phone number of a person you choose to invite is stored with that meetup.
Groups you save. If you save a group of people for reuse, their names and phone numbers are stored so members of that group can use it. Groups are visible only to their members.
Notification token. A device token so we can deliver invitation notifications.

How your information is used

Solely to operate the app: authenticating you, delivering invitations, and showing live locations and ETAs to the people in your meetup while it's active. We do not sell or rent your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the service providers below.

Service providers

Data is stored and processed by Google Firebase (authentication, database, notifications) and routes/ETAs are computed using Apple and Google mapping services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data retention and deletion

Meetup data (locations, ETAs) is automatically cleaned up after the meetup ends or expires.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: tap the gear icon on the home screen → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, group memberships, and meeting data, and cannot be undone.
You can also email integrityapplicationsllc@gmail.com to request deletion.

Children

See You There is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
